Booking Terms and Conditions

We want to make sure everyone has a great time at Olas Navigator, and to help you make the most of it, we’ve outlined the key conditions of booking with us below:

INSURANCE
  • Comprehensive travel insurance including Med E vac option and lost trip days due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies; is compulsory.
  • A copy of your travel insurance document and their contact phone number must be supplied to your booking agent prior to departure and details of your policy including their phone number must also be carried with you to Olas Navigator.   Guests travel at own risk. Olas Navigator does not accept any liability for any guest.
  • Olas Navigator will not offer compensation or refund for any of the above.
BOOKINGS
  • Bookings to be made through [email protected]
  • Bookings are not held without a USD 1,000 deposit/person.
  • All deposits are non-refundable.
PAYMENTS
  • Payment balance is required 30 days prior to trip departure date.
  • All monies are non-refundable, but dates may be transferred to a future date under certain conditions with at least 30 day notice, pending availability. Date transfer fee applies at USD 100.
  • Booking confirmation, deposits and final payment will be forwarded by email upon receipt of all monies in Olas Navigator Surf Charters Bank Account.
  • International and Domestic travel fares are not included.
  • No refunds for the reasons pertaining to unstable global, national, local political or natural conditions that do not directly pose a threat for the safe operations of Olas Navigator Surf Charters.
  • No refund for weather conditions, poor surf, airline related delays or cancellations and late departure, delays from designated trip date or itinerary.
  • All guests must agree to all Terms and Conditions to Olas Navigator with payment of non-refundable USD 1,000 deposit or agreed amount.
INTERNATIONAL/DOMESTIC FLIGHTS TRANSFERS ACCOMMODATION
  • All prices quoted for Olas Navigator do not include International / domestic airfares, taxes, insurances, extra nights needed at transit prior or after your trip. These are responsibility of individuals and Olas Navigator will not offer refund or compensate.
  • Any changes to guest flights and or accommodation or any additional ground handling will be at the expense of the guest.
  • Passports must be valid for at least six months upon exit date from Indonesia.
  • Bring cash as there is no ATM between when you get off the plane and the Customs office.
  • 2 x copies of your passport for registration with authorities to register you as a visitor / tourist in the region.
LIABILITY
  • Olas Navigator will not be responsible for any lost or damaged luggage, surfboards, bags, diving / fishing or personal equipment, nor late arrival of same.
  • Olas Navigator does not accept liability for transfer of destination, missed flights both international and domestic, cancelled and delayed flights, boat charters or vehicle transit, in addition unfavourable weather conditions or mechanical problems.
  • Any guests, both group and individuals who miss their connection to Olas Navigator due to cancelled, missed or delayed flights, boat charter, vehicle, prior accommodation arrangements or for any other reasons will only be transferred to Olas Navigator at an additional charge at guests own expense.
  • Any guests who pertain to change dates to Olas Navigator Package Itinerary to suit guests own itinerary, do so at own expense and with no refund for lost days.
  • Olas Navigator is not responsible for accommodation or transfer from Medan or Nias prior to or after Olas Navigator Package. Olas Navigator will not offer compensation or a refund or if any of the above happens.
